Dr. Chad Carman, DO, is the medical director. He is a board-certified osteopathic physician with over 20 years of experience in emergency and obesity medicine. Kristie Geiges, RN, is the owner and has over 18 years of nursing experience.
Medical weight loss is one service among many. It uses GLP-1 medications that a doctor prescribes, paired with a personal plan that includes guidance on nutrition and regular movement. In its own words: "Our weight loss programs are required to begin with a consultation with one of our medical professionals."
What does it cost?
The one fee it publishes for new clients is a $30 Good Faith Exam, a one-time annual fee that all first-time clients must complete. Two other prices are shown for vitamin and IV work: the Slim Down IV Infusion is $179, and the Skinny B12 + MIC Vitamin Booster is $45. It does not publish prices for medical weight loss, hormone therapy or peptide therapy, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. Monthly IV, HydraFacial and combo memberships are offered, and NAD+ comes in multi-session packs, but no prices appear for either. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it does not publish its cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription. Dr. Carman is the medical director and Kristie Geiges is the owner, so ask which of them writes your prescription and whether a physician sees you in person before any medication starts.
Ask whether the weight loss fee includes the medication, and whether the drug is brand-name or compounded (made by a pharmacy rather than the manufacturer). Ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost, since functional testing is offered without a published price. It does not say whether any visit can be done by video, so ask that too. For hormone or peptide therapy, ask whether blood work is required first and what it costs. Ask how memberships and packages are cancelled, and whether there is a fee. Finally, ask whether it takes insurance, an HSA or financing.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss, hormone therapy or peptide therapy in the same place as IV, skin and wellness treatments, and you are comfortable paying cash and getting the medication and fees confirmed before you book. It is worth calling first if you want those answers in writing before you commit to anything.
