Ask who writes the prescription, and which board certifications Dr. Blay holds and in which specialty.
Ask whether the medication is included in the fee, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and what it costs each month. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether any recommended testing is billed separately. Ask whether follow-ups can be done by telehealth, and how you would cancel or pause care if you stopped.
Who is it a good fit for?
It makes sense if you want medical weight care and aesthetic treatments under one roof in San Jose, and you are willing to confirm fees, medication and cancellation terms before you pay anything. If you need those answers in writing before you pick up the phone, it may not suit you yet.
