Memberships run $99, $149 and $199 a month, on a minimum six-month commitment. Everyday treatment prices are mostly not published, though, and the clinic's compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide carry no published price at all.
## What is offered?
Medical weight loss uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, both described on the weight-loss page as compounded exclusively for The Cove. The injectables and skin menu covers tox, dermal fillers, biostimulators, Ariessence, Ultherapy, EuroThreads, EZ-Gel, ProNox, laser treatments and microneedling. For hair there is PRF for hair loss and Xtresse hair therapy. Kenalog is offered for acne.
## What does membership cost?
Three tiers are published: Gold at $99 a month, Platinum at $149 a month and badged "Most Loved", and Diamond at $199 a month. All memberships carry a minimum six-month commitment and require 30 days' written notice to cancel. The perks published on that page include $12 per unit tox pricing, a birthday-month discount of $25, $50 or $75 off a service, 10% or 15% off all skincare purchases, 10% off microneedling add-ons, 10% off one treatment valued over $600, 15% off one treatment valued over $800, and an account credit of $99, $149 or $199 gifted at month twelve. The page does not tie each perk to a named tier in a way we could reproduce, so we have not assigned them to Gold, Platinum or Diamond.
## What can you buy without a membership?
Two a la carte prices appear on the promotions page. Laser and Fraxel resurfacing is $750 per treatment, or $2,100 for a series of three. The same page carries two offers: $50 off a first treatment with PA Moriah, and a $50 credit for referring a friend. Standard per-unit and per-syringe list prices for tox and filler are not published anywhere; the only tox figure on the site is the members-only $12 per unit. There is a Book Consult button, but the site never says whether the consultation is free or paid, so do not assume it is free.
## Who runs it, and what is missing?
Two people are named: Billie Jo Yost, published as Founder, RN, BSN, and Moriah Hanly, Aesthetic PA-C. The founder is a registered nurse and not a physician, and no MD or DO medical director is named anywhere on the site. Hours are not published at all; neither the home page nor the town page lists them, and the contact page returns a 404. Insurance is not addressed either way: the payment plans page promotes third-party financing through Cherry with Alle, PatientFi and CareCredit and never mentions insurance, so this should not be read as a declared cash-pay clinic. No telehealth statement or state list exists. No eligibility statement and no step-by-step process are published, and the only policy page on the site is a Privacy Practices page. The footer carries thirteen town pages across South Orange County, all pointing at this single San Clemente address. All of this was checked on 22 September 2026.
