About Bliss & Bloom Medical Aesthetics

What is Bliss & Bloom Medical Aesthetics?

Bliss & Bloom Medical Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics practice at 801 Avenida Talega #122 in San Clemente, CA 92673. The listing places the office inside Phenix Salon. Dr. Yalda Sedghi is the one person the clinic names as running it, and no credentials are listed for her. Most of what it offers is cosmetic: Botox, fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, IPL Photofacial, Hyperdilute Radiesse, RF Microneedling and hair restoration. Its medications named are Jeuveau, Xeomin, Dysport and Botox, all used for injections.

The clinic also lists a service called Health Optimization, described in its own words as "Change you look and feel with bespoke combinations of peptides, hormone optimization, weight loss prescriptions and more. All under physician guidance." It does not name a weight loss, hormone or peptide medication. Google lists it as a medical spa with a 5 rating from 22 reviews.

What does it cost?

Most of the published prices are for cosmetic injections and skin treatments. They have nothing to do with weight loss, hormone or peptide care, which has no published price at all.

For injectables, Jeuveau and Xeomin are $11 per unit and Dysport is $4 per unit. An underarm sweating treatment is listed at $899 for 50 units each side, and masseter (TMJ) treatment at $399 to $599 for 20 to 30 units each side. Fillers are $629 per syringe for lips, marionette lines and nasolabial folds, $699 for cheeks, chin, temples, hands and neck lines, $729 under the eyes and $749 for the nose.

Chemical peels are $249 for the face, or $649 for three sessions. Face and neck is $349, or $949 for three. Face, neck and decollete is $449, or $1,199 for three. Microneedling is $389 for the face, or $999 for three, and $489 for face and neck, or $1,299 for three. The peptide item on that menu is a topical add-on to microneedling at $79 a session, not part of the Health Optimization program.

The clinic publishes no consultation fee, no price for Health Optimization, and no member pricing, which its menu lists as TBD. It does not say whether insurance is accepted.

What should you ask before you book?

For any weight loss, hormone or peptide program, ask for the full monthly or per-visit price first. Then ask whether that fee includes the medication, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask who writes the prescription and what that person's credentials are, since none are listed for Dr. Sedghi.

Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the program can be done by telehealth, which the clinic does not address. Ask whether it accepts insurance and how cancellation works. Weekend hours are not listed beyond "Contact Me," so ask when the office is open on weekends too.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want cosmetic injections or skin treatments and are comfortable paying cash for them. If you are looking for weight loss, hormone or peptide care, call first and get the price, the medication details and the prescriber's credentials before you book.
