About Enfuzion Health and Wellness
What is Enfuzion Health and Wellness?
Enfuzion Health and Wellness is a direct primary care practice at 8100 Timberlake Way #A in Sacramento, CA 95823, next to Methodist Hospital of Sacramento on the South Sacramento Freeway. Latifa A. Pacheco, DO, runs the practice and is the only prescriber named. Primary care is the main work, and the clinic also offers weight loss, men's health, women's health and aesthetics.
The weight loss program names tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound), semaglutide (Ozempic) and phentermine (Adipex). Hormone therapy covers testosterone cypionate injections, testosterone pellets, estradiol pellets, progesterone capsules and estradiol pills, creams or patches. Aesthetics services include facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, Aerolase and Enfuzion Pearl.
Primary care is open 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Fridays. The aesthetics clinic keeps later hours on those days and is open Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Google lists the practice as a medical clinic with a 4.3 rating from 12 reviews. In its own words: "patients pay a low monthly membership fee in return for office visits, in-office procedures, direct access to Dr. Pacheco via phone, email, or text, and discounted pricing on labs, medications, and imaging."
What does it cost?
The weight loss program is $149 a month plus the cost of medication. The medication list shows tirzepatide at $400 a month, semaglutide at $200 a month and phentermine at $100 a month. The program also includes monthly appointments, nutrition and exercise counseling, a body composition evaluation and a weekly Lipotropic B12 injection valued at $160. Labs cost extra, and no lab price is listed.
Testosterone cypionate is listed at $150 a month, or $350 every 3 months. The testosterone program lists $150 a month, with medication mailed to your home each month. Aesthetic loyalty memberships are $85 a month for facials and $125 a month for chemical peels, and both require a 30 day cancellation notice.
The clinic does not publish a consultation fee or a monthly figure for primary care membership. It does not say whether insurance is accepted for weight loss or hormone visits.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the four-week medication supply listed in the weight loss program is covered by the $149 monthly fee. The program lists it among what is included, yet the price also says plus the cost of medication. Ask whether each medication is brand-name or compounded, and confirm that Dr. Pacheco writes the prescriptions. Ask what labs cost and how often they are repeated. Ask whether visits can be done by phone or video, since the clinic does not say. Ask the consultation fee and the monthly primary care membership cost. Ask whether insurance is accepted for any visit. Finally, ask how to cancel the weight loss or hormone programs, since the only cancellation term stated is the 30 day notice for aesthetics memberships.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want one physician to handle your primary care on a monthly membership and you are ready to pay for medication and labs yourself. If you need insurance billing or video visits, the clinic has not stated either, so ask before you book.
