Ask who signs the prescription, and whether Dr. Thiara reviews each plan herself or whether another clinician does. Ask whether the monthly fee includes medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what lab work, body composition testing and follow-up visits cost, and whether the consultation fee is credited toward treatment. Ask whether insurance is accepted, and how cancellation and refunds work, including for any membership. Since virtual consultations are offered, ask whether a prescription can be written without an in-person visit.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want physician-supervised weight loss or hormone care inside a med spa, and you are prepared to pay for it yourself. It may not suit you if you need prices, insurance details or a fixed monthly cost before you call, because none of those are published.
