Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether they are extra. Ask whether the deposit goes toward your first treatment or is kept if you do not continue. Ask whether any part of the visit can be done by video, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether insurance is billed or whether everything is paid directly. Finally, ask what the cancellation fee is and what happens to any prepayment if you miss an appointment. A no-show may be charged the full service fee.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want in-person care at a medical spa in Redwood City, you are comfortable paying directly for the evaluation and any medication, and you can get the physician's name and written prices before you pay. If you want a medical weight loss practice that publishes its prices, or you are looking for hormone or peptide care, this clinic does not list either.
