## How does the weight-loss program work?
This is the one area the site describes step by step. The published sequence is a medical evaluation, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, metabolic health strategies, appropriate laboratory testing, prescription treatment when medically appropriate, peptide or hormone-related evaluation when appropriate, body sculpting for complementary body-contouring goals, and ongoing monitoring and accountability. Notice what is missing from that list: no drug is named anywhere in it. The weight-loss page never writes semaglutide or tirzepatide, and the peptide page explicitly declines to name products, hedging instead that "Some peptide medications are FDA-approved for specific indications, while many other products marketed as peptides are not." One unopened page titled "Top 10 Peptides" is the likeliest place a medication list would live.
## What does it cost?

We checked the weight-loss page, the peptide page, the BioTe page, the what-to-expect page and the appointment request page, and found no program price, no starting-at figure and no consultation fee. The home page carries the phrase "Patient financing available", which implies there is a cost without stating one, and it appears only on the home page. There are no commitment terms and no cancellation or refund policy anywhere on the site.
## Who provides the care?
The site names nobody. The who-we-are page says only "Our dedicated team is at the heart of our practice." There is no physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant named, and no credential published, so we cannot tell you who would prescribe if prescription treatment were recommended. That is unusual enough to be worth a direct question when you call.
## What else is missing?
No office hours are published. The appointment page says only that "Your appointment will be confirmed by phone by a member of our staff." No insurance or cash-pay statement exists in either direction. Telehealth is not mentioned, so there is no state list to report.
