Contour Medical Spa is a med spa at 18641 Devonshire Street in Northridge, pairing compounded GLP-1 weight-loss injections with a large aesthetics and cryotherapy menu. Pricing is not published in any form we can quote: the membership tier prices appear to sit inside images rather than text, and the offers page hands off to an outside shopping cart. No usable dollar figure is readable on the site.
## What does Contour offer?
The weight-loss side is tirzepatide and semaglutide GLP-1 injections, each with its own page. The tirzepatide page states plainly that what it dispenses is a compounded version of tirzepatide, which is a different product from the branded drug.
The aesthetics and body side is long. Injectables and skin work cover Botox, Xeomin, dermal filler, EZ-Gel liquid facelift, HydraFacial MD, CryoFacial, medical grade chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, Glo2 Facial by Geneo, salmon DNA microneedling with PDRN, VI PEEL and SkinMedica chemical peels. Body and laser work covers CryoSlimming, CryoToning, CryoSkin lymphatic drainage for the body, localized cryotherapy for muscle pain, laser hair removal, Laser Genesis and IPL photofacial. IV therapy is offered as well.
## What does it cost?
The honest answer is that we could not read a price. A Gold Membership exists and includes a choice of laser treatments, specifically laser hair removal, Laser Genesis or IPL photofacial, and it carries a 6 month minimum contract. The tier prices themselves are not in the page text. The offers page is a shell that routes to an external cart, so the promotional prices are not on the clinic's own site either.
One warning about a number you may find on the weight-loss page. It carries a sentence saying the cost to see a weight specialist typically ranges between $500 and $1500 per session, plus a second claim about programs running $500 to $2500 per month. Both are generic industry filler written in the third person. Neither is Contour's fee schedule, and neither should be read as one.
No consultation fee is published. There is no insurance or cash-pay statement anywhere on the site, and no cancellation or refund policy for the membership.
## Who works there, and when is it open?
Four people are published: Cecilia Scott, RN BSN; Dr. James Kojian, listed as Owner with no specialty or board certification given; Ariane Urfano, LE; and Amanda Sumergido, published with no credential. No page names a physician or nurse practitioner as the prescriber of the compounded tirzepatide, so that cannot be attributed to anyone here.
Hours need a phone call before you drive over. Three pages publish three different schedules. The services page, which is the version recorded here, gives Thursday and Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The about page and the tirzepatide page each give something different.
## What we could not confirm
Telehealth is not mentioned and no states are named. No service area is stated; the about page talks about clients coming from Los Angeles, West LA, Calabasas and Woodland Hills, but that is prose about clientele.
