What is Naturalness Med Spa?
Naturalness Med Spa is a med spa at 24640 Jefferson Ave STE 105, Murrieta, CA 92562, with one location and the phone number (951) 521-1153. Most of what it does is aesthetic work: injectables, facials, laser treatments and body contouring. Medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy and peptides sit under a Wellness heading, alongside NAD+, vitamin therapy, primary care and hair restoration.
Eliana Lopez, NP is the owner and CEO, and her bio says she has over 21 years of nursing experience. Huy Ho, MD is the other listed prescriber. The weight loss program is described this way: "This personalized approach blends prescription medication with expert guidance and lifestyle support." The clinic does not name the medication. Google lists the business under weight loss services with a 4.9 rating from 300 reviews. It is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 3pm, and closed Sunday. Telehealth is not mentioned.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy or peptides. It does not say whether a program fee includes medication, and it does not state a consultation fee. The one published price is a membership starting at $159 a month. That membership is tied to skin treatments, including DiamondGlow facials, advanced laser treatments, injectable perks and ZO Skin Health discounts. Nothing published says it covers the medical programs.
For payment over time, it offers financing through Cherry. On insurance, it says: "Coverage varies significantly by plan and by delivery method." It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it does not publish membership cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and signs your prescription, Eliana Lopez, NP or Huy Ho, MD, and whether that person will see you at follow-up visits.
Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, which medication it is, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the first consultation costs, and what follow-up visits and lab work add. The clinic describes check-ins as typically every 4 to 6 weeks, so ask what each one costs.
For hormone therapy, ask which delivery method is used, such as injections or topical creams, and what monitoring costs. For peptides, ask which peptides are used and who prescribes them.
Ask whether any visit can be done by video, since telehealth is not mentioned. Ask how to cancel, what notice is required, and whether a fee applies.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss, hormone care or peptides from a practice that also offers aesthetic treatments, and you are ready to pay cash or use financing once the price is confirmed in writing. If you need a published price, a named medication or an answer on insurance before you book, call first and get those answers before you schedule.
