About LifestyleRX360

What is LifestyleRX360?

LifestyleRX360 is a physician-led lifestyle and longevity practice in Morgan Hill, California. Smruti Nalawadi, MD, is the only prescriber the clinic names. In its own words: "We provide physician-led precision longevity care powered by AI and evidence-guided clinical intelligence."

Its services come in three paths. Precision Lifestyle Management offers health coaching and dietitian-led guidance. Longevity Medicine covers biological-age testing, gut biome analysis, InBody body composition, FibroScan, vitamin therapy, and evidence-based obesity care. Regenerative Aesthetics covers Plexr plasma treatments, Botox, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Google lists it as a medical spa, which fits that third path most closely.

Hormone therapy is not named as a service. Peptides come up only as an option to ask about during an aesthetics consultation. The clinic does not publish a street address, hours, or telehealth availability, and it does not say how long it has been open.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices for its services, and it does not list a consultation fee. Its insurance statement reads: "In most cases, our services are not covered by your existing medical insurance." It collects full payment at the end of each visit, by cash, credit card, check, Venmo, or Zelle. Some services are covered by a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and it asks patients to check the details with their FSA plan administrator. It offers discount packages for combined services and asks people to call for pricing. The only prices it publishes are for skin-care products in its online shop: $52.00 for a vitamin C serum and $112.00 for a retinol serum cream.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes and signs any prescription, and whether Smruti Nalawadi is the prescriber for the program you want. Ask what a first visit costs in total, including the consultation, testing, and follow-up labs, and whether each is billed separately. If weight loss medication matters to you, ask what is offered. The clinic only says that it does not offer compounded GLP-1 medications: "We do not offer compounded GLP-1 medications." Ask whether any program fee includes the medication itself, and whether any drug is brand-name or compounded. Finally, ask for the street address and hours, whether telehealth is available, and how a package is cancelled.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want physician-led lifestyle and longevity testing, you plan to pay in full out of pocket, and you are comfortable asking for prices before you book. If you are looking for hormone therapy or a standalone peptide program, the clinic does not name either one, so ask before you assume it offers them.
