Heart of Bodhi is a practice at 830 S Myrtle Ave in Monrovia, offering BioTE hormone replacement therapy and a weight program built around Zepbound. ## What does Heart of Bodhi offer?
Two service lines carry published detail. Hormone health is BioTE hormone replacement therapy, a pellet system. Weight health is built on Zepbound plus BioBoost+, a compounded lipotropic injection whose published ingredients are methionine, inositol, choline, B6, B5, B12, L-arginine and L-carnitine.
There is also a Bodhi wellness circuit, which keeps its own separate hours: Tuesday 3 to 6 pm, Wednesday 9 to 11 am, Thursday 3 to 6 pm and Friday 1 to 3 pm. Five further services appear in the homepage navigation, namely preventive health, Bodhi wellness, nutritional health, skin health and hair health, but none has a page we could read, so none is described here.
## What does it cost?
The weight page is the only page on the site carrying real numbers. Zepbound at 2.5mg is $450 a month. Zepbound from 5mg through 12.5mg is $600 a month. Both figures include weekly BioBoost+, with no roll overs of unused doses. The Bodhi circuit, up to 60 minutes per week, is published at $25 a session, described as discounted from a regular $55.
Hormone care is priced nowhere. There is no pellet price, no per-insertion fee and no lab panel cost anywhere on the site, and no consultation or new-patient fee is published either. Since BioTE pellets are a headline service, that gap is the main thing to ask about before booking.
The insurance picture is thin in the same way. The only statement is the request to bring an insurance card to each visit, which implies insurance is billed for at least some services. The site never says which plans, and it never says cash-pay.
## Who provides care, and when?
One prescriber is named: Dr. Reena R. Patel, published with the post-nominal string "MD, BCIM" and described elsewhere on the site as a double board-certified physician in family medicine and integrative medicine. The team page also lists Estrella, LVN, as support staff. No other prescriber appears anywhere.
The clinic is open Monday 9am to 3pm, Tuesday 9am to 3pm, Thursday 9am to 3pm and Friday 9am to 1pm, and closed Wednesday. The wellness circuit hours above run separately from those.

Which insurance plans are accepted, and for which services. Any hormone pricing. Any consultation or new-patient fee. Telehealth availability and any states served. A stated service area. The steps of a first visit. Who the hormone or weight program is for, in the sense of published eligibility.
