ClearMD is a medical practice at 4560 Admiralty Way #200 in Marina del Rey, running a medical weight loss program alongside an aesthetics side. What it costs is the one thing the website will not tell you: pricing is not published. No dollar figure appears anywhere on the site, not even a consultation fee.

## What does the weight loss program involve?

Two things are named: a Medical Weight Loss Program and a GLP-1 Medical Weight Management Program. Three medications appear on that page: semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide. Retatrutide arrives with a qualifier from the clinic itself, which describes it as investigational and not FDA-approved. Hold on to that, because it puts retatrutide in a different regulatory category from the other two.

Beyond weight loss, the practice is roughly half aesthetics. Injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, a liquid facelift and men's health are referenced, but none of those is bound to a page we could cite, so treat them as softer than the weight-loss detail above.

## What does it cost?

Nothing is published. We read the weight loss page, the FAQ and the site root looking for a program price, a monthly figure, a per-injection figure or a consultation fee, and found no dollar amount at all. There is no membership tier and no subscription structure.

The FAQ does list accepted payment methods: CareCredit, Visa, Discover, American Express and Mastercard. CareCredit is a financing option, not insurance, and no insurance statement of any kind appears on the site. If cost is your first question, you will be asking it by phone or at a visit.

## Who would you see, and when?

One clinician is named: Dr. Shawn Abrishamy, MD, described as the physician conducting evaluations. No board certification string is published for him, and no years-in-practice figure, so nothing further should be read into the listing. No second clinician appears anywhere.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am to 12:30pm. Sunday and Monday are closed. The office is in the UCLA Marina Professional Building.

## What we could not confirm

Quite a lot, and the gaps are themselves worth knowing. No price of any kind. No insurance position. No program length, dose schedule or eligibility criteria, and no step-by-step description of how the program runs. No membership, commitment or cancellation terms, because no terms page exists. No telehealth: there is no virtual visit page, no online intake and no list of states. The homepage mentions West Los Angeles, Playa Vista, Culver City, Santa Monica and Venice in passing, but never as a service-area statement, so we are not presenting it as one. We also could not find which page publishes the rest of the service menu, which is why the aesthetics list above stays general. All of this was checked on 22 September 2026.
