Published eligibility for that program is quoted on the site as "Obese (BMI >=30)" or "Overweight (BMI >=27) with at least two weight-related health problem," and the practice frames the expected result as "safe, steady weight loss of about 1-2 pounds per week." The outcome figures it cites are attributed to studies rather than to its own patients. IUDs and Nexplanon are also named as devices the practice places.
## What does care cost here?
The fee schedule is unusually complete. Preventative visits run $175 to $250. Procedures including IUD placement, Nexplanon, biopsy and colposcopy run $250 to $350. In-office labs are $5 each. A limited visit for established patients, called Thrive Together Day, carries a discounted fee of $120. The visit fees cover the visit only. GLP-1 medication is filled through outside pharmacies and its cost is published nowhere on the site. The $150 telehealth rate applies to established patients only, and no telehealth price exists for new patients. There is no membership and no subscription, so there are no commitment or cancellation terms to read.
## How does billing work now?
The practice announced that it "will no longer bill insurance for clinical services, starting October 4th." No year is printed with that date, so we cannot tell you which October it means; the about page describes the direct-pay model in the present tense, so treat it as current. Insurance can still be used for lab work, imaging, prescriptions and devices such as IUDs, Nexplanon and diaphragms. The practice offers superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, accepts HSA and FSA funds and major cards, and says "We offer clear pricing and can sometimes provide payment flexibility."
## Who would you see, and when?
Two providers are published: Jennifer Huddleston, PA-C, described elsewhere on the site as a Women's Health and Functional Medicine Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience, and Stephen Pine, MD, for whom no credential detail beyond the two letters is published. Booking runs under Huddleston's name. Hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday, closed Friday and Sunday.
