## What does the practice offer?
The private-pay page lists primary care, executive physicals, chronic disease care, acute sick visits, mental health, menopause care and immigration exams, alongside the two wellness exams. There is a separate weight-management service. The drugs named for it are semaglutide, tirzepatide, bupropion/naltrexone, phentermine/topiramate, liraglutide (Saxenda), orlistat and lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse). These are branded, FDA-approved agents, and the site carries no compounding disclaimer, which sets it apart from clinics dispensing compounded copies. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, closed weekends.
## What do the two exam prices buy?
The $475 Standard Wellness Exam runs up to 30 minutes with Dr. Sera Ramadan and includes a physical exam with one of the physicians, a standard blood panel (CBC, CMP, lipid panel, TSH with reflex T4, HbA1c) and a body composition scan covering fat mass, muscle mass and visceral fat. The $850 Executive Wellness Exam runs up to 50 minutes, also with Dr. Ramadan, and adds an EKG with physician interpretation, a hearing screening, a vision screening and an expanded blood panel that adds vitamin D, B12, iron, ferritin and hormones. Both are one-time fees. No consultation fee is published, no office-visit price, no weight-management visit price, and no price for the GLP-1 medications themselves.
One point needs care. The homepage says membership starts at $300 a year, while the deeper FAQ page says there is no membership and the practice is fee-for-service. We are not publishing the $300 figure as this practice's price, because the two pages contradict each other.
## What about insurance and telehealth?
The FAQ lists accepted PPO plans as Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Health Net, United Healthcare and Medicare, and says most POS plans are accepted too. HMO and Medi-Cal plans are not accepted. Telehealth is offered to the practice's own patients in California. The weight-management page describes the practice as physician-led and "Not a telehealth app," which is a positioning statement rather than a refusal to do virtual visits.
## Who would you see?
Dr. Sera Ramadan is published as double board-certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine. Bailey Boka is a Physician Assistant, PA-C. The practice's founding year is not published, no eligibility statement appears, and no step-by-step weight-management process is described on any page we read.
