Compounded semaglutide runs $399 to $499 a month and compounded tirzepatide $499 to $649 a month, with your prescribed dose setting the figure. ## What is on the menu?

The weight-loss side is a GLP-1 Program using semaglutide and tirzepatide, each compounded with vitamin B6. The aesthetics side is long: laser hair removal, tattoo removal, vascular lesion treatment, microneedling, skin tightening, skin rejuvenation, wrinkle relaxers, Juvederm, CoolSculpting, PRP hair restoration and toenail fungus removal. Botox and Juvederm are named as products. An Ideal Protein program also appears on the pricing page.

The GLP-1 page carries a required disclaimer word for word: "Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing." That belongs with the prices below.

## What does it cost?

Semaglutide compounded with vitamin B6 is $399 to $499 per month. Tirzepatide compounded with vitamin B6 is $499 to $649 per month. The page explains the spread: price depends on your prescribed dose, and each month includes four injections.

The consultation deposit is where the site contradicts itself. The GLP-1 treatment page says "A $25 consultation deposit is required and becomes Fix Med Spa account credit after you attend". The pricing and specials page says $20.00. Both are live on the site. We are not going to average them or quietly pick the friendlier one, so ask when you book.

On the aesthetics side, laser hair removal is priced by body area: abdomen $45, full arms $80, full back $120 and full legs $145. Botox is $10.00 per unit. Juvederm is $460.00. Several further dollar amounts on that same table were captured without the treatment names attached to them, so none of those is published here with a service label.

## What we could not confirm

No provider is named anywhere on the site. Not a physician, not a nurse practitioner, not a physician assistant, not a nurse. The about page speaks of "Licensed medical care" as a principle without naming anyone, so the GLP-1 program cannot be attributed to a prescriber.

No opening hours are published on any page, including the contact page. No insurance statement exists. No telehealth is described and no states are named. There is no membership or package structure, and therefore no commitment or cancellation terms. Nothing is published about who the GLP-1 program is for. The FAQ page promises answers about pricing and safety and then directs you to phone.

Two facts about the business itself are published: "15+ years" and "established 2007". It began life as Fix Laser and Skin Center.
