What does it cost?
The clinic does not publish prices for weight loss or hormone therapy. It invites you to book a complimentary consultation. The only medical price it posts is for Botox, which starts at $14 per unit. It does not say whether medication is included in any program price, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance. Card payments carry a 3.99% fee. Its FAQ mentions a Neurotoxin Membership but gives no price for it, and no membership or commitment terms are given for the weight loss program.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription for Zepbound or Wegovy, and get that provider's name and license in writing. The FAQ says cosmetic injections are performed by Registered Nurses, so ask separately who prescribes weight loss medication. Ask whether the program fee includes the medication, and whether the product is the brand-name drug or a compounded version. Ask whether there is a minimum commitment, and how you would cancel the program. Ask what the telehealth consultation, check-ins and follow-up labs cost, and what a hormone pellet insertion costs. Ask which states the telehealth service covers and whether it takes insurance or HSA payments. Note that products and services are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss or hormone therapy in a med spa setting, you plan to pay cash, and you are comfortable getting the prescriber, medication and renewal costs confirmed before you book.
