What is Cosmo Health Resolution?
Cosmo Health Resolution is a med spa and wellness clinic at 2407 E. Sussex Way, Suite 103 in Fresno, CA 93726. The phone number is 559-930-7068. Google lists it as a medical spa, and much of the menu is aesthetic work such as injectables, laser and light treatments, and body sculpting. The medical and wellness side covers weight loss, hormone replacement, peptide therapy and metabolic health, along with IV nutrition and office visits for primary and acute care.
The weight-loss program uses the medications Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. The program is described as physician-supervised, but no physician or other prescriber is named. Hormone therapy is bioidentical and uses Biote pellets, creams or injections. It reports being Biote-certified. The peptide menu names CJC-1295, Tesamorelin, BPC-157, GHK-Cu and NAD+. It is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed Tuesday and Thursday. It has been in operation since 2021. It has a 4.8 rating on Google from 25 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for treatments. It does not say whether medication is included in weight-loss or hormone fees, and it lists no consultation fee. The only prices it posts are for membership: Interest is $100 a month, Associate is $200 a month, Executive is $400 a month, and The Tox is $129 a month, with Botox and Dysport at $4.00 a unit under that plan. Interest, Associate and Executive carry a three-month commitment, and The Tox carries a six-month one. Membership includes member pricing on weight loss, but no figure is given for it.
Financing runs through Cherry, with plans of 3 to 60 months, and through CareCredit. Pricing is cash pay, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance. In its own words: "Every plan is month-to-month after the initial commitment. Cancel, pause, or upgrade anytime by talking to our team."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes, and get that clinician's name and California license number before you pay anything. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and if it does not, what the medication costs on its own. Ask whether Semaglutide, Tirzepatide and the peptides are brand-name products or compounded by a pharmacy, and whether each peptide is FDA approved. Ask what the consultation, the first evaluation, the lab work and the follow-up visits cost, and which of them are included.
Ask whether any visit can be done by telehealth, since it does not say. Ask whether any part of a visit can be billed to insurance. Ask for the cancellation steps in writing, including what happens if you want to leave during the three-month or six-month commitment.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight-loss, hormone or peptide care in a Fresno med spa, you are paying cash, and you can get the prescriber's name, the medication and the full monthly cost in writing before you book. If you need a named physician or a firm price before you commit, wait until you have both.
