Start by asking who signs your prescription and whether that will be Benito Villanueva or another clinician. Ask whether the testosterone or any other medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the medication costs per month for the protocol you would be on, since the program fee leaves it out.
Ask what the baseline lab panel costs and whether it is part of the first month's fee. Ask what follow-up testing costs, since testing is repeated over time. Ask for the consultation fee and whether it counts toward a program.
If you are interested in weight loss, ask the monthly price of GLP-1 based therapy and what it includes. Ask whether any visits can be done by video, because the clinic does not publish that. Ask whether they take insurance, HSA funds or financing.
Finally, ask how cancellation works on the monthly and 3-month plans, and whether the 3-month price is paid up front.
