What is Beautiful Body and Beyond?
Beautiful Body and Beyond is a med spa in Corona, California, at The Shops at Dos Lagos, with Dr. Heidi Choi, MD as medical director. It is mainly an aesthetics practice, offering CoolSculpting, Hydrafacial, Botox, fillers, laser hair removal and similar treatments, with medical weight loss and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) as two of its services alongside the rest.
The weight loss program uses once-weekly semaglutide or tirzepatide (the brand names named are Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro), paired with lab work, nutrition coaching and weekly check-ins over a 4 to 6 month stretch. It can be run in person at the Corona office or remotely from home. TRT is described as a plan built from blood work for adults with symptoms and confirmed low testosterone, monitored as treatment continues. Dr. Choi has practiced medical aesthetics for nearly a decade. The practice is open Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours as well.
What does it cost?
No price is published for the weight loss program or for TRT. The site invites you to "Request a Complimentary Consultation" rather than listing a dollar figure, and it does not say whether a monthly or program fee would include the medication itself.
Prices do appear for the med spa's membership plans: $299 a year for the BBB Membership, $165 a month for the Before Beauty Club Plus, and $109 a month for the Before Beauty Club, each covering a set number of facials and other perks, not the weight loss or TRT programs. Financing is mentioned as an option on the site, with no terms given. Ask directly what the weight loss and TRT programs cost before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask what the full program costs, month to month or for the full 4 to 6 month course, and whether that figure includes the semaglutide or tirzepatide itself or just the visits and coaching. Ask whether the medication dispensed is brand-name (Wegovy, Zepbound) or a compounded version, since the site names the brands but does not say which you would actually receive.
Ask who signs your prescription for TRT specifically, since Dr. Choi is named as medical director but no prescriber is named for that program on its own. Ask what the lab work costs and how often it is repeated, whether follow-up visits beyond the weekly check-ins carry a fee, and whether insurance is accepted for any part of the visit or labs. If you join a membership or program, ask what cancellation looks like before you pay anything beyond the consultation.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a med spa that also runs a physician-supervised GLP-1 or TRT program under one roof, with the option to do check-ins remotely rather than driving in every week. It is less of a fit if you want prices settled before you call, since neither program publishes a number and you will need to ask directly what you would pay.
