A medical weight loss page also lists a $125 starting price, which does not match the $110 line, so confirm which one applies.
Testosterone replacement therapy is $200 per month, including labs, and sildenafil is $120 per month. Botox is listed at $10 per unit per vial, dermal fillers start at $700 per syringe, and PDO threads run $50 to $250 per thread. The first consultation is free. The clinic does not publish its insurance policy, membership terms or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription and what that person's name and credentials are. Ask whether the $250 or $350 monthly fee includes the medication or whether the drug is billed on top of it. Ask whether the injectable is brand-name or compounded, since the clinic does not say. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost beyond the monthly fee, and whether labs are covered for the weight loss plans only. Ask how many units a typical Botox treatment takes at $10 per unit. Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay weight loss program that can be done in person or by video, and you are willing to get the prescriber's name, the medication cost and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay.
