Wellness at Century City is a concierge medical practice run by Jessica Cho, M.D. Its own contact page gives the address as 2080 Century Park East, Suite 807 Los Angeles, CA 90067, using Los Angeles rather than Century City. It is an out-of-network practice, and it publishes no visit price, no new-patient fee and no membership rate. If cost is your first question, you will have to phone.
## What does it cost to be seen?
Not published, and the site is fairly open about that. The concierge page says only that "The cost of concierge medicine varies based on the personalized and convenient care you want for your family or yourself from the concierge doctors." Both the concierge page and the telehealth page send you to the phone for cost. Visits are billed by the total time spent, including work done after the visit, with no published rate.
Two dollar figures do exist, and neither is a treatment price. A $275 cancellation fee applies if your appointment is canceled within two days of your scheduled visit. If you would rather not file your own claim, the practice can submit it for a $25 service fee. Those are the only hard numbers on the site.
## How does insurance work here?
The practice describes itself plainly: "We are an out-of-network practice, but we offer the following support for insurance billing: A complimentary superbill (PDF) for self-submission to your insurance provider." The FAQ separately says labs and tests ordered are covered by insurance and that blood tests are submittable for reimbursement, and it notes that cancer markers, cardiovascular profile markers and genetics may not be covered by all plans. Read together: the practice does not bill your insurance for visits. You pay, then a claim gets filed.
## Who is the doctor, and what is offered?
Jessica Cho, M.D. is the only provider named anywhere on the site. Her page publishes two experience figures that do not agree. In her own words: "For more than 25 years, I have been honored and humbled to have the privilege of doing what I love most every day: practicing medicine." A separate claim on the same page puts it at over 28 years of clinical expertise and more than 100,000 patients helped.
Concierge Medicine is the one service bound to a dedicated page. The navigation gestures at a longer list, including integrative medicine, executive physicals, sexual health, mental health, IV therapy, heavy metals and molds, regeneration and longevity, PRP for skin and hair, and the body devices EmSculpt Neo, EmTone, EmSella and SculpSure. Those names sit in menus without landing on pages we could read, so treat them as directional rather than confirmed.
Hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are closed.
## What could we not pin down?
No medication is named anywhere on the pages we read. No semaglutide, no tirzepatide, no testosterone product. There is no weight-loss service page in the navigation at all, so if you arrived looking for a GLP-1 program, this is not obviously it. Telehealth is genuinely offered and there is a dedicated page for out-of-state and international patients, but it names no states, so we cannot tell you where she is licensed.
