Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. The clinic names Ozempic or Wegovy for semaglutide and Mounjaro for tirzepatide, so ask which version you would receive and where it is filled.
Ask what the baseline lab work, weekly injections and follow-up visits cost, and whether injections happen in the office or at home. The clinic does not say whether any part of the program can be done by telehealth, so ask that too. Last, ask how cancellation works and whether a membership or package commits you to a set number of visits.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss from a practice that also offers skin, body and wellness treatments, you live in or near the South Bay, and you are comfortable getting the price and the prescriber confirmed in writing before you commit.
