What is Vivere Drip Therapy?
Vivere Drip Therapy is a cash-pay IV and injection practice with clinics in Carmel and Salinas, California. Most of what it offers is IV infusion, IV hydration, mobile IV therapy and vitamin injections. Its GLP-1 weight-loss program is the part that involves prescription medication. Its service list also includes Peptide Wellness and telemedicine, but it does not describe a peptide treatment, and it does not list hormone therapy.
The weight-loss program offers semaglutide and tirzepatide, each given as a weekly injection after a consultation and lab review. Lipotropic injections and a weight-loss IV drip are also offered, often paired with the GLP-1 programs. A licensed Physician Assistant reviews each patient's goals and history under physician supervision. The clinic does not name that Physician Assistant or the supervising physician. In its own words: "Every weight-loss program at Vivere is individualized." Google lists it at 4.8 from 26 reviews.
This listing is for its Carmel office at 26485 Carmel Rancho Blvd #6.
What does it cost?
Semaglutide packages run $300 to $500 a week, depending on dosage, monitoring frequency and add-on IV support. The only price it publishes is for semaglutide, and it does not say whether the medication is included in that range. The weight-loss description says pricing typically includes medication, supplies and follow-up visits, so get that confirmed in writing. The first consultation is free. It works with select insurance carriers, does not name them, and offers direct pay for clients paying out of pocket. Payment plans run through Cherry. It does not publish cancellation terms or a phone number.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes and who supervises the Physician Assistant, since neither is named. Ask whether the weekly price covers the medication, supplies and visits. Ask whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide you would receive is brand-name or compounded. The semaglutide description explains compounded semaglutide and says the provider will discuss which formulation the program uses. Ask what the baseline and follow-up labs cost, and whether recent labs from your own doctor are accepted. Ask how a weekly plan is cancelled. If you are in Salinas, ask whether you will be seen at a staffed office. It does not confirm one there. On Salinas it says, in its own words: "mobile and pop-up clinic availability varies."
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weekly GLP-1 injections with lab review and follow-up, in Carmel or by telehealth, and you are ready to pay cash or through a payment plan. It is a weaker match if you need hormone therapy, a named prescriber, or a confirmed office in Salinas, since none of those is published.
