Ask who signs the weight loss prescription. Diana is the only prescriber listed, so ask whether a physician reviews or signs off on yours. Ask whether the monthly price covers the medication, and whether the semaglutide is brand-name or compounded. Ask what lab work, follow-up visits and dose changes cost beyond that fee. Ask whether any part of the program can be done by video, and whether insurance or HSA funds are accepted. Finally, ask how cancellation works and how much notice it takes, since the exit terms are not explained.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want one nurse handling your consultation and treatment, you live in Brentwood or nearby, and you are prepared to pay out of pocket on a price you learn at your consultation. It may not suit you if you need a physician as your main treating doctor, or if you need insurance to cover any of it.
