About Rejuvalife Vitality Institute

What is Rejuvalife Vitality Institute?

Rejuvalife Vitality Institute is a physician-led practice at 9735 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 417, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. Its best-known work is medical aesthetics, including injectables, regenerative treatments and liposuction. Google lists it as a medical spa, with a 4.7 rating from 78 reviews. Medical weight loss, hormone therapy, peptide therapy and longevity care sit alongside those cosmetic services.

Andre Berger, MD, is the only prescriber named. He founded the practice and brings over 25 years of medical experience. His bio lists a medical degree from the University of Ottawa and advanced training in internal medicine and clinical pharmacology at McGill University.

For weight care, it lists GLP-1 injections, GLP-1/GIP treatment and naltrexone pellets. Hormone services include bioidentical hormones, menopause and low testosterone care, hormone pellet therapy and human growth hormone. It also offers Peptides for Wellness and an Age Management Concierge Program. In its own words: "Our medical weight-loss programs may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, metabolic evaluation, hormone optimization, GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP medications and peptides when appropriate, appetite-control strategies, and lean-muscle preservation."

Office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday, Friday by appointment, and closed on weekends. It says it welcomes patients from Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices. Pricing, Financing and Vitality Insider Membership appear in its menus, but no figures or membership terms appear with them. It does not state a consultation fee. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, or whether a monthly program fee includes the medication. Plan on paying out of pocket until the office confirms what is covered and what costs extra.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs each prescription. Dr. Berger is the only prescriber named, so confirm whether any other clinician prescribes in the weight, hormone or peptide programs.

Ask whether a weight-loss fee includes the GLP-1 medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask the same about peptides and pellets.

Ask what labs, follow-up visits and refills cost, whether the consultation fee applies, and whether it is credited toward treatment.

Ask how cancellation works for any membership, and what the Vitality Insider Membership includes.

Ask whether telehealth visits are offered. A menu item is labeled Telehealth Treatment Programs, but no explanation of what those visits involve appears.

Ask which number to call. The main line is 310-276-4494, but an older liposuction page lists 310.856.9173.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a physician-led practice where cosmetic work and hormone, weight or peptide care share one office, and you are ready to pay cash while prices stay unpublished. If weight loss is the goal, ask about the medical weight-loss program directly. The clinic itself says liposuction "it is not a good method of weight loss," so do not treat it as a weight-loss tool.
