The weight-loss page names nine drugs: phentermine, Ozempic (semaglutide), Trulicity (dulaglutide), Wegovy (semaglutide), Saxenda (liraglutide), Rybelsus (semaglutide), Victoza (liraglutide), Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Zepbound (tirzepatide). The peptide page names ipamorelin, BPC-157, sermorelin, tesamorelin, TB-500, CJC-1295, MOTS-C, GHK-Cu copper peptide and two blends it calls the Wolverine Stack and the Glow Peptide. It also names retatrutide, which is an investigational compound rather than an approved product. A much longer menu, from house calls and IV drips to CoolSculpting and hair restoration, appears in the site navigation without a page we could read.
## What does membership include, and what does it cost?
Membership inclusions are published as a list: direct access to your doctor 24/7, unlimited office visits, unlimited virtual visits, home visits, house calls included, annual executive physicals, same-day appointments, and "Prioritized Care at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center", which is the site's own wording for a third-party affiliation. The price is deliberately withheld. The only price-shaped strings on the whole site are two instructions to telephone: "Call to inquire about membership fees and all the benefits included." and "Call to inquire cost of concierge membership". No per-visit fee, house-call fee, peptide price or GLP-1 price is published either, and there is no membership agreement or terms document in the navigation or footer.
## Does it take insurance?
The concierge page says "We accept most PPO insurance plans, Medicare and Self-Pay". It then adds, in its own uncorrected grammar, "Concierge services not be available when using insurance as payment." The site also states that patients do not need a membership to be seen. So membership is a cash arrangement layered over an insurance-accepting practice.
