Be Well Medical Group is a Beverly Hills practice covering weight, men's health, mental health and hair loss from one office at 8671 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 701. A first weight-loss consultation is $200, and the weight-loss membership is $125 a month. The practice also bills insurance, so this is not a pure cash-pay clinic.
## What do they treat?
Four service lines have their own pages: medical weight loss with GLP-1 medication, men's health, mental health, and PRP for hair loss. The weight-loss page names semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound). The men's health page names minoxidil, finasteride, dutasteride, Cialis / tadalafil and sildenafil. A longer set of service names sits in the site navigation, covering primary care, PrEP and DoxyPEP, gender-affirming care, migraine, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, skin care, addiction and Suboxone treatment, depression and anxiety. None of those is bound to a page we could open, so we have not counted them as confirmed offerings.
## What does it cost?
Prices are published per service line, and they do not all work the same way. The initial weight-loss consultation is $200, and it is the only consultation fee published anywhere on the site. Weight-loss members pay $125 per month, which covers follow-up visits, medication adjustments and clinician access. Without that membership, a weight-loss visit is $150 to $175. Men's health is a separate membership at $100 per month, and its stated inclusion is unlimited virtual or in-person visits. Mental health is a third membership, also $100 per month, but capped at one appointment monthly. PRP hair treatment is $500 per session. The men's health page also quotes medication costs through CostPlus Pharmacy; those are a third party's figures, not this clinic's charge.
## Do they take insurance?
In part, yes. The FAQ states "We accept most major insurance plans", and adds cash-pay options and a monthly payment plan for the uninsured. The men's health page describes the practice as in-network with Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO and medicare FFS. The insurance language on the weight-loss page is about whether the medication is covered, which is a different question from whether the clinic bills your plan.
## Who will you see, and when?
Two clinicians are named: Isaac Berlin, MSN, FNP-C, and Dr. German Echeverry, MD. The FAQ clarifies that Berlin is a Family Nurse Practitioner and not a psychiatrist. The Beverly Hills office is open Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 5 PM, and telehealth is published for California. The same practice runs two Alaska offices with different hours; only the Beverly Hills location is described here.
## What we could not confirm
No commitment or cancellation terms are published for any of the three memberships, and no membership agreement exists on the site. There is no step-by-step account of how the programs run. Whether telehealth reaches Alaska as well as California is unresolved. All of this was checked on 22 September 2026.
