What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether add-on prescriptions, which the clinic names as Zofran (ondansetron) and Pepcid (famotidine), are billed separately. Ask whether visits are by video or in person, and whether the telehealth doctors can treat patients in your state, since the clinic does not say which states its telehealth covers.
