## What procedures and programs are offered?
Six services are listed on the weight-loss services page. Endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty and the gastric balloon are the two non-surgical weight-loss procedures. Endoscopic revision addresses weight regain after an earlier procedure. Medical weight loss with GLP-1 medications runs alongside those. Colonoscopy and upper endoscopy cover the general gastroenterology side of the practice. One point of caution on the medication: the site keeps a page titled for semaglutide, but its own service list says only "GLP-1 Medications", and no specific drug is named as prescribed, so we are not naming one here.
## Does insurance apply, and what will you pay?
This is the unusual case in a cash-pay directory: the practice does bill insurance. The insurance page states "All major PPO plans and senior Medicare plans are accepted." with the caveat "Out of network fees may apply." The same page notes that coverage for bariatric endoscopy specifically is limited. Practically, that splits the practice in two. The GI procedures are largely an insurance matter. No nurse practitioner, physician assistant or second physician appears anywhere. The practice publishes its founding year as 2021. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and closed Sunday.
