About VOXY Longevity Center
What is VOXY Longevity Center?
VOXY Longevity Center is a medical spa at 5102 S Pinnacle Hills Pkwy in Rogers, Arkansas. Most of its work is aesthetic, including BOTOX and Dysport, dermal fillers, laser treatments and facials. It also offers medical wellness programs: medical weight management with compounded Semaglutide and compounded Tirzepatide, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, thyroid optimization, IV therapy and longevity coaching. Adrienne Easterling, PA-C, founded the clinic and is the only prescriber it names. It is open by appointment, and the phone number is 479-274-8454. Google lists it as a medical spa with a 4.9 rating from 204 reviews.
In its own words: "Personalized care for your health, energy, and confidence."
What does it cost?
The core medical program is the VITALITY membership at $69 a month. Its weight management program says this covers provider visits, labs, metabolic testing and InBody scans, but not the medication. The price of the compounded GLP-1 medication is not published. A separate VAULT LUXE membership is listed at $199 a month. It banks funds toward GLP-1s, peptides and treatments, with 10% off GLP-1s and peptides. Together the two are listed at $268 a month. A second figure of $99 a month appears in its longevity coaching material, so ask which one applies. The memberships carry a six month commitment, 30 days notice to cancel, and a cancellation fee equal to one month of membership. It does not say whether it accepts insurance. Financing appears in its menu, but no terms are given.
In its own words: "Schedule a complimentary consultation with the VOXY team to learn more about how we can help."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescriptions for weight loss and hormone care. Easterling is the only prescriber named, and the clinic does not say who handles those prescriptions day to day. Ask whether the $69 fee is the whole monthly cost or whether the medication comes on top, and what that medication runs each month. Ask which compounding pharmacy supplies the semaglutide and tirzepatide. Ask what follow-up visits and extra lab work cost, whether telehealth visits are available, and whether it takes insurance or HSA cards. Finally, ask why the membership appears at $69 in one place and $99 in another, and what happens to banked VAULT funds if you cancel during the six month commitment.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want skin treatments or injectables alongside a medical weight or hormone program in one clinic, and you are comfortable paying cash and committing to six months. If you only want a medical visit, get the answers above in writing before you book, since most of what the clinic offers is aesthetic.
