About Holland Health
What is Holland Health?
Holland Health is a functional medicine clinic in Northwest Arkansas. It serves patients in Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, and beyond. Dr. Holland, DO, is the one prescriber it names. The clinic does not list a street address, so ask where in-person visits happen before you plan a trip. You can call +14793892803.
Its services include functional medicine visits, hormone health (including testosterone therapy for men), peptide programs, weight programs that use compounded GLP-1 protocols, red light therapy, IV therapy, ozone treatment, InBody assessments, the Emerald Fat-Loss Laser, supplements and prescriptions, and health coaching. Telehealth memberships are also offered. Google lists it as a medical clinic with a 4.7 rating from 59 reviews. It does not say when it opened. For its peptide program, it says: "After a personalized consultation and lab assessment, we craft a custom peptide cycle based on your needs."
What does it cost?
Holland Health is cash pay only. It does not accept insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. The free 20-minute phone consult with Dr. Holland costs nothing. All memberships are 12 month plans. Health memberships are $339 a month at the PLUS level and $439 a month at PLATINUM. Telehealth memberships are $309 a month for telehealth PLUS and $399 a month for telehealth PLATINUM, and both telehealth tiers include one initial in-person 1.5 hour assessment. Members can book $100 acute visits. You can pay by credit card, HSA or FSA, or through Cherry financing, which it describes with rates as low as 0% APR.
Fee-for-service packages are offered, but no prices are published for them. Holland Health does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone therapy, or peptides. It also does not say whether medication is included in any monthly price. Ask for both before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs each prescription. Dr. Holland, DO is the only prescriber the clinic names, so ask whether he reviews and signs the peptide and GLP-1 plans himself, and what role the clinic's certified longevity nurse plays.
Ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication or whether you pay the pharmacy on top. For the GLP-1 protocols, ask whether the medication is compounded and whether a brand-name version is an option. Ask what labs, follow-up visits, and injection training cost, since none of those are listed.
Ask how a 12-month membership is cancelled and whether any part of it is refunded. If you would see the clinic by telehealth from another state, ask which states it covers, because plan availability is subject to state regulations.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you can pay cash for a 12-month membership or fee-for-service visits, want a physician-led functional medicine practice, and are ready to ask who prescribes and what the medication costs before you sign. If you need insurance to pay for visits, this clinic does not take it.
