About ASPIRE MEDICAL
What is ASPIRE MEDICAL?
ASPIRE MEDICAL, also known as Aspire Medical Weight Loss & Aesthetics, is a practice at 1700 Linwood Dr in Paragould, AR 72450. Matthew Combs, APRN, a nurse practitioner, owns the practice and is the prescriber. He has been an APRN since 2017. Ashley Bolen, RN, is listed as the injector. The practice mainly offers medical weight loss and testosterone replacement for men. It also offers sermorelin, NAD+ injections, Lipo/B12 and vitamin injections, and cosmetic services such as laser resurfacing, facials, fillers and neurotoxins.
The weight loss medications named are phentermine 37.5mg slow release, Metformin Synergy, Bella Weight Loss Capsules and Lipo Burn Capsules with Phentermine. The services page also names Topamax and Contrave. On this point the clinic writes: "Some of the medications listed above may be off label use and some may be manufactured at a compounding pharmacy." Its office hours are Monday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The phone number is (870)-586-3430. Google lists the practice as a weight loss service with a 4.7 rating from 26 reviews.
What does it cost?
A new patient office visit is $90, and it includes a Lipo/B12 injection. A follow-up office visit is $70, and it also includes a Lipo/B12 injection. Testosterone is offered two ways. The first is $30 a week, with the injection given at the office. The second is $80 a month for self-injection, which includes the visit and prescription and requires monthly follow-ups. Sermorelin is $160 for a one-month prescription, $210 for two months and $290 for three months. The medications are listed one at a time: phentermine 37.5mg slow release at $35, Metformin Synergy at $35, Bella Weight Loss Capsules at $75 and Lipo Burn Capsules with Phentermine at $60. NAD+ injections are $30 for 100mg or $60 for 150mg.
The clinic does not publish a total price for a weight loss program. It does not say whether the visit fees include the medication. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it says nothing about telehealth.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the weight loss prescription and how often you would see that person before a refill. Ask whether the program fee includes the medication or whether it is billed on top of the visit. Ask whether each medication is a brand-name product or one made at a compounding pharmacy, and which pharmacy fills it.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide are not named in the clinic's price list or service descriptions. Ask whether either is offered. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the testosterone self-injection plan's monthly follow-ups are included in the $80. Ask how cancellation works and whether there is a minimum commitment. Ask whether the practice takes insurance, and whether you can get a receipt for HSA or FSA reimbursement. Ask whether any follow-up can be done by video or phone.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want in-person medical weight loss or testosterone care in Paragould, can attend during its office hours, and want the medication list and fees in writing before your first visit. If you need a remote program, or you want a particular injectable weight loss medication by name, ask about those first.
