What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription at each office. Draper is the only prescriber named, and no prescriber is named for the Marion office. The blood draw and the hormone initial visit are handled by a nurse practitioner, but no nurse practitioner is named. Ask who reviews your labs and who writes any prescription.
Ask whether the program fee includes the medication. For weight loss injections, ask which drug is used, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and what it costs each month. Ask the same questions about hormones. Ask what the lab work, follow up visits and consultation cost, and whether Ideal Protein food is required. Ask whether they take insurance, whether they offer HSA or financing, and how cancellation works for the membership and for any program. Ask whether any visit can be done by telehealth, since the listing does not say.
