What is Revive Lifestyle Medicine?
Revive Lifestyle Medicine is a multi-service practice with offices in Little Rock and Benton, Arkansas. Its main work is hormone, thyroid, and medical weight care, with a full aesthetics menu alongside it. The practice says it has been in Little Rock for 10 years and in Benton for one. Its services include functional medicine, women's and men's health, proactive health (IV therapy, wellness injections, NAD+), and aesthetics such as fillers, Sculptra, neurotoxin injections, microneedling, lasers, and body contouring. Tattoo removal is offered in Benton.
For weight loss, Revive names semaglutide (Wegovy), tirzepatide (Zepbound), phentermine (Adipex), and Contrave. In its own words: "Medical weight loss at Revive is provider-guided and personalized around your health history, labs, lifestyle, goals, response, and progress." Revive does not name the provider who prescribes. Telehealth is offered, and you choose the state where you will be during the visit. Its Google listing shows a 4.8 rating from 124 reviews.
What does it cost?
For medical weight loss, Revive lists a typical investment of $199 to $860. It says pricing varies by medication, dosage, and treatment plan. It does not say whether that figure is monthly or per visit, and it does not say whether the medication is included. No consultation fee is published. Hormone therapy pricing is not published either.
Aesthetics prices appear only in Anniversary Week specials valid October 12 through 16: filler at $450 per syringe, Sculptra at $599, SkinPen at $200, and Botox at $10. Revive does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs your prescription and whether that person reviews your labs. Ask whether the weight loss figure is per month or per visit, and whether it includes the medication. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Revive says medications may be compounded, so ask what that means for dosing consistency and who makes the product.
For hormone therapy, ask which forms are used (pills, patches, injections, pellets, or creams) and what ongoing treatment costs. Ask what labs and follow-up visits cost, whether there is a consultation fee, and whether it is credited toward treatment. Ask how cancellation works and whether you sign a membership or contract. Finally, ask whether insurance is accepted or whether everything is cash pay.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want hormone, thyroid, or medication-based weight care, either in person or by telehealth, and you are prepared to pay cash. If you mainly want aesthetic treatments, compare those prices on their own terms. If you need to know the prescriber's name and credentials before you spend anything, wait until Revive gives you that answer.
