About Regen Med

What is Regen Med?

Regen Med is a physician-led clinic at 15300 Kanis Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. It began in 2024 and is run by Dr. Tina Ipe, MD, MPH, the only prescriber named. She describes herself as a double board-certified physician and says she is licensed in 42 states, Washington D.C., and Guam. Google lists the clinic as a medical clinic with a 5 rating from 7 reviews.

The clinic's main focus is longevity, functional and regenerative medicine. Its services include weight management, hormone replacement therapy for women and men, peri-menopause and menopause care, peptide therapy, therapeutic apheresis, IV wellness infusions, vitamin shots, laboratory testing and regenerative aesthetics. Weight management starts with metabolic and hormone testing. The clinic may use pharmacologic therapies when appropriate, but it does not name a weight-loss medication. It offers telemedicine for consultations when appropriate.

What does it cost?

Regen Med does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone or peptide care, so you will need to call for numbers. It also does not say whether peptide or medication costs are included in any program fee.

The one fee it publishes is a $100 reservation fee, which is required to confirm an appointment. It does not say whether that fee is credited toward your care. The clinic is cash pay only and does not contract with insurance companies. In its own words: "We operate outside of insurance to keep care simple, clear, and patient-focused." Every procedure is priced before you begin, which is a good reason to ask for that price list in writing before you book. No memberships are required, but patients can sign up for ongoing work such as biomarker tracking or hormone optimization. The clinic does not give fees for that ongoing work.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes and signs each prescription, and whether Dr. Ipe reviews each one personally. She administers and monitors each peptide protocol. Ask whether the peptides are compounded, and by which pharmacy, since its peptides are compounded for in-office medical use.

Ask whether a monthly weight management fee includes medication, peptides and lab work, and what the initial testing and follow-up labs cost. Ask whether the $100 reservation fee is credited to your first visit. Ask which weight-loss medication, if any, the clinic would use.

Ask what the clinic's peptide release means for you. Peptide therapy is not FDA-approved for all of its listed uses, and patients assume full responsibility and release the clinic from medical liability. Read that before you sign anything.

If you plan to consult by telemedicine, ask which states the clinic can serve you in, since its doctor lists licensing in 42 states plus Washington D.C. and Guam. The clinic does not list its hours, so ask for them. Finally, ask how to cancel or pause ongoing care and whether a fee applies.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want physician-directed care, you are ready to pay cash with no insurance billing, and you are comfortable asking for prices and contract terms before you commit. If you need published prices or listed hours before you pick up the phone, call first and see what they tell you.
