What does it cost?
Medical Weight Loss uses one monthly price, but the clinic does not publish the amount. Each month is said to include a weekly medication injection, a weekly LipoStat injection and provider supervision. It does not say whether that medication is part of the monthly price. The program starts with an enrollment visit covering a consultation and labs, and that visit has no published price.
Peptides are sold per cycle, and no cycle price is published. Each cycle adds a physician consultation and $30 two-day shipping. Elite Wellness members save 25% on every cycle.
Memberships are the one set of prices listed: Elite Wellness is $199 a month, Base Wellness is $149 a month and Express Wellness is $99 a month. Every membership is month to month, with no minimum term or cancellation fee. The first consult is free. IV and other service prices are not published, and the clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask who signs the prescription for weight loss and for peptides, and what that person's license is. Ask whether the weekly medication and LipoStat injections are included in the monthly price, and what that price is. Ask what the enrollment visit and labs cost, and whether follow-up visits and lab work are billed separately.
For peptides, ask which products are offered, whether each is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy compounds it. Ask the total cost of a cycle, including the consultation and the $30 shipping.
Also ask whether any visits can be done by telehealth, which the clinic does not address. Ask whether insurance is accepted, or whether payment is cash, HSA or financing. Hours vary by town, so confirm the hours for the office you plan to visit.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you mainly want IV therapy or a wellness membership on a month to month basis, and you are comfortable asking a few questions before starting a medical program. It is a harder fit if you need published prices, a named prescriber or insurance billing before you call.
