What is Rockstar Wellness Clinic?
Rockstar Wellness Clinic is a medical aesthetics practice at 2815 Malvern Avenue in Hot Springs, AR 71901. Most of what it offers is cosmetic: Emsculpt and Vanquish body contouring, Morpheus8 skin treatments, Botox, Glo2Facial, laser hair removal and ZO Skin Health products. Weight loss, hormone pellets, peptides and longevity care sit alongside those services. It also offers vitamin injections and NAD+ IV infusions.
The weight loss program is the part that names a prescriber, and it does so only by title. Its weight loss program includes a personal consultation with its NP, who prescribes the weight loss medication. Its injection page names semaglutide and tirzepatide. Its peptide page covers BPC-157, the copper peptide GHK-Cu and GLP-1 peptides.
Hormone pellets are offered for both men and women. Visits can be booked by phone, online or in person, and telehealth appointments are available. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is closed on weekends, and other times are by appointment. The clinic claims both seven and eight years in business in different places, so ask when it opened.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone, peptide or aesthetic treatments. It does not say whether medication is included in any fee, and it does not state whether it accepts insurance. The one price it gives is a free consultation with its Nurse Practitioner, booked by phone. A Rockstar Vault membership advertises perks and savings, but no fees or terms are given. No details are given about its payment plans either. A free consultation will get you a conversation, but not a number, so ask for the cash price of each program before you agree to anything.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask for the NP's full name and license, and whether the NP prescribes only the weight loss medication or also the hormone pellets and peptides. Ask whether the monthly weight loss fee includes medication, and if it does not, what the medication costs on top. Ask whether the GLP-1 medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy supplies it. Ask the same about BPC-157 and GHK-Cu. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, how often hormone pellets are implanted, and what each implant visit costs. Ask which states its telehealth visits cover, since none are listed. Finally, ask how to cancel a program or membership, and whether any fee is refundable.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are in or near Hot Springs, want a weight loss program led by a nurse practitioner, and are willing to get every price and medication detail in writing before you pay. If you need prices posted online before you call, you will have to call to get them.
