About PRISM Aesthetics
What is PRISM Aesthetics?
PRISM Aesthetics is a cosmetic and wellness clinic with two locations in Northwest Arkansas, in Rogers and in Fayetteville. The clinic describes itself as an anti-aging clinic, and most of its menu is aesthetic work: neurotoxins, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels and facials. It also offers medically supervised weight loss, Biote hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, IV therapy and an InBody body composition scan. Visits are by appointment. Google lists the clinic under weight loss services and shows a 4.9 rating from 620 reviews.
The clinic names its founder, Erin Courtway, but it does not name the provider who prescribes. Its weight loss page describes the program this way: "We offer a medically supervised weight loss program where our healthcare provider collaborates with you to assess your health and guide you toward achieving your weight loss goals."
This listing is for its Fayetteville office at 3959 N Steele Blvd #122.
What does it cost?
Hormone therapy is the part with the most published prices. The hormone consultation is $150. Annual or pre-pellet labs are also $150, post-pellet labs are $45, and post-pellet labs with thyroid are $65. Pellet insertion is $400 for women and $750 for men, done in the office under local anesthetic. The clinic does not say whether the pellet price includes the hormone itself.
The clinic does not publish a price or a consultation fee for its weight loss program. It says the appointment includes weight loss medication, B-12 shots, an InBody scan, complimentary lab work as needed, and nutrition counseling. The medication is not named.
Other services are priced per visit. A Myer's Cocktail IV is $175. SkinPen microneedling is $350 for one treatment or $900 for three. A Signature Hydrafacial is $200, and a Dermaplane is $50. The clinic does not state an insurance policy. It offers payment plans through Cherry Financing and CareCredit. Ask for the refund and cancellation terms in writing before you pay anything.
What should you ask before you book?
Call 479-278-7166 and ask who the prescribing provider is for the weight loss program and for hormone therapy, and what their credentials are. Ask whether that person sees patients directly or whether staff handle most of the visits. Ask which weight loss medication is prescribed and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask whether the program fee includes the medication, and what each monthly visit and lab draw costs after the first one. For hormone therapy, ask whether the pellet price includes the hormone, and what follow-up visits cost after the first pellet.
Also ask whether follow-up can be done by telehealth, whether the clinic accepts insurance or HSA funds, and how you cancel a program or get a refund if you stop early.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments and a medically supervised weight loss or hormone program under one roof, and you are comfortable paying cash. It is a weaker fit if you need the prescriber's name confirmed before you book, because the clinic does not publish it.
