About Body Balance Med Spa
What is Body Balance Med Spa?
Body Balance Med Spa is a self-pay med spa at 124 W Sunbridge Drive in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Its main business is cosmetic and wellness care, including Botox, laser hair removal, facials and microneedling. Medical weight loss, hormone therapy and peptide therapy sit alongside those. Lindsey Sabatini, DNP, APRN founded the practice and is the only prescriber named. Her background, as described by the clinic, includes over 14 years of experience in critical care, aesthetics and functional wellness.
Weight loss is the most detailed service. Tirzepatide and semaglutide are the named medications, offered as injections or oral tablets and suspensions. It also offers a non-GLP-1 option and a 3-month microdosing program. Follow-up visits run every four weeks, and InBody scans are included. Virtual consultations are available across Arkansas, with in-person treatment and lab work in Fayetteville. Rogers, Springdale, Bentonville and the rest of Northwest Arkansas are also served. Hormone therapy is offered for women and men, including hormone pellets and testosterone. Peptide therapy, IV vitamin therapy and anti-aging appear under a Wellness & Longevity heading.
What does it cost?
Body Balance does not take insurance. In its own words: "Body Balance is a self-pay med spa and does not accept insurance." It accepts credit and debit cards, HSA or FSA cards, and financing through Cherry.
The weight loss consult is $50, waived if you start weight loss services. A GLP-1 monthly visit is $150, and a non-GLP-1 monthly visit is $100. Tirzepatide vials are listed at $400 for 2ml and $600 for 4ml. Semaglutide vials are listed at $250 for 2ml and $400 for 4ml, but elsewhere the pricing gives $400 and $600 for either drug, so confirm which applies. Oral tirzepatide runs $300 to $600 by strength, and oral semaglutide runs $250 to $400. The microdosing program is $300, B12 shots are $100 for 12 injections, and skin tightening cream is $125. Hormone care starts with a $50 consult, waived if you proceed with labs and treatment. An initial hormone lab panel is $175, follow-up labs are $100, and female pellet placement is $350.
It does not say whether the vial prices include the medication. It does not publish commitment or cancellation terms for the weight loss program.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes and who supervises your care. The weight loss program is billed as physician-supervised, but the only named prescriber is an APRN.
Ask whether the vial price includes the medication, and whether the medication is name-brand or compounded.
Ask whether the oral programs include the $150 monthly visit, since no visit fee is listed with them. Ask what labs cost over the course of treatment.
Ask how cancellation works and whether there is a minimum commitment.
Ask what "when eligible" means for medication shipped to your door, and whether shipping costs extra.
Ask which suite you are visiting. Suite 1 appears in one place and Suite 2 in another. The phone number is 479-315-6229.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay clinic in Northwest Arkansas that offers weight loss, hormone care and cosmetic treatments in one place, and you are comfortable paying per visit and per vial. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing, a price that includes the medication, or a physician as your main prescriber.
