About Peak Health and Wellness
What is Peak Health and Wellness?
Peak Health and Wellness is a cash-pay clinic with two locations, one in Benton and one in Cabot. The Cabot clinic opened in May 2023 and the Benton clinic opened in September 2024. Two nurse practitioners prescribe: Taylor Wallace, APRN, and Seth Weisheit, APRN. Each is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Its main business is medical weight loss and hormone care, with telehealth weight loss and testosterone replacement therapy at the front. Weight loss visits happen by telehealth unless you ask for an in-person visit. The rest of the menu includes women's hormone therapy with BioTE pellets, peptide therapy, NAD+ and vitamin B12 injections, self-pay sick visits, DOT physicals, and treatment for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. The weight loss medications named are semaglutide and tirzepatide, along with phentermine, a daily pill. Its semaglutide and tirzepatide medications are compounded and not FDA-approved. Its Google rating is 5 from 37 reviews.
This listing is for its Benton office at 1107 Ferguson Dr.
What does it cost?
Weight loss pricing depends on the medication and dose, and runs from $169 to $499 per supply. Semaglutide and tirzepatide injections are sold in four-week supplies, and the oral options are priced by 30-day supply. In its own words: "Price includes Telehealth consultation, syringes, medication, and shipping." The daily pill option has an $85.00 consultation fee, and its prescription goes to a local pharmacy you choose.
Men's testosterone therapy starts with a $199 initial consultation that includes blood work. For candidates, that fee covers the first month of membership. Membership then costs $135 a month and includes testosterone medication, future lab screenings and a 24/7 concierge service with direct access to providers. Women's BioTE pellet therapy is $250 for the initial consultation, which includes pre-pellet and post-pellet labs, and $350 for each pellet procedure, repeated every 3 to 4 months. Peptides run from $200 to $300. NAD is $300 on the peptide menu, vitamin B12 injections are $15, and DOT physicals are $100 at both clinics.
It does not publish prices for self-pay sick visits or lab screenings. Accepted payment is credit or debit, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, CareCredit, FSA and HSA. Insurance is not among the options. It advertises no contract.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which clinician runs the weight loss program, since no clinician is named for it. Ask whether the monthly fee covers follow-up visits and lab work, and what each costs if it does not. Ask which pharmacy fills and ships the weekly injections, since no pharmacy is named, and which states telehealth covers.
Ask what compounded means for the medication you would receive and who prepares it. Ask whether peptides and NAD+ injections need a prescriber visit first, since that is not stated. The peptides are described as not FDA-approved, so ask what that means for you. Ask how cancellation works, because a no-contract policy does not say what it costs to stop. Ask for the Cabot clinic's hours, which are not listed separately. For anything without a published price, call (501) 286-4061 before you book.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are paying cash for telehealth weight loss, hormone care or another listed service, and you want these questions answered before you commit. If you need insurance billing, or you want an in-person clinician for every visit, ask about that before you book.
