What is NJ Health Now?
NJ Health Now is a telehealth and in-person clinic at 220 East Sevier Street in Benton, Arkansas. Most of its medical care is by video visit. Lexi (Wells) Hollingshead, FNP-C, is the nurse practitioner who prescribes, and the clinic offers telehealth in Arkansas, Colorado, Arizona, Florida, Washington and Texas. The Benton office handles in-person treatments, and Laney, RN, works there on aesthetic care and IV therapy.
The clinic covers four areas. Its weight loss program uses semaglutide, tirzepatide and phentermine. Its hormone therapy covers testosterone, estrogen and progesterone, and enclomiphene. Its peptide therapy includes sermorelin, BPC-157 and CJC-1295. For longevity, it lists preventive care, hormone optimization, sleep support and longevity programs. Google shows it as a medical clinic with 5 stars from 12 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone or peptide care, and it does not state a consultation fee. It also does not say whether medication is included in any price, so ask that before anything else.
It accepts insurance, HSA, FSA, Cherry and CareCredit. Its insurance list names UHC, BCBS, Tricare, Aetna, Cigna and Municipal. Cherry and CareCredit are financing options. Refills are automatic, but it does not describe how to cancel.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the monthly cost. Ask whether the fee includes the medication, and what the medication costs on its own. Ask which pharmacy fills it. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded through a licensed 503B outsourcing facility, so ask for that facility's name and confirm it in writing.
Ask which payment rule applies to you. The weight loss section reads "No insurance required," while another line reads "We accept insurance, HSA, FSA, Cherry, and CareCredit." Ask whether your plan covers the LabCorp draws the clinic may order.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab panels cost. The clinic lists several panels, from metabolic work to thyroid testing, and gives no prices for any of them. If you live outside Arkansas, ask directly about phentermine, since it is available only to Arkansas patients.
The clinic lists no office hours, so ask when the Benton office is open. Ask how to stop automatic refills before you start.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in one of the states it serves, want a nurse practitioner to manage a weight loss, hormone or peptide plan by video, and are comfortable paying out of pocket once the monthly cost is confirmed in writing. If you live outside Arkansas and want phentermine, that option is not open to you. If you want published prices before you call, this clinic does not give them.
