About Invictus Wellness

What is Invictus Wellness?

Invictus Wellness is a membership clinic at 4771 E. Camp Lowell Drive in Tucson, AZ 85712, reachable at 520-412-8476. Its main business is a flat monthly fee for Direct Primary Care, where one membership covers ongoing primary care. It also offers medical weight loss, hormone optimization for men and women, and the ManifestRx prescription benefit, which includes free home delivery. Ignacio Nunez, FNP, is the prescriber named by the clinic. The clinic describes him as a former Tucson police officer who later worked as an ER nurse before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.

The weight loss program names semaglutide and tirzepatide. The hormone program covers testosterone, bioidentical creams, and Biote pellets. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, closed on major holidays. In its own words: "Unlimited in-person and virtual visits." Its Google listing shows a 5 rating from 18 reviews.

What does it cost?

Branded GLP-1 supervision is $99 a month, and insurance covers the branded medication. Compounded semaglutide is $299 a month and compounded tirzepatide is $449 a month, and both prices include the medication. Those compounded memberships also include an initial consultation, a nutrition plan, and monthly Styku 3D scans. Bella RX is listed at $159 a month with its prescription included. In its own words: "Pricing does not change with Dosing Increases."

Direct Primary Care alone is $99 a month for ages 18 to 65, with children added for $25 each. Couples pay $184 a month, and a family of 2 adults and 2 children pays $234. Weight loss and testosterone patients get Direct Primary Care at no added cost.

Women's creams and troches, injections with orals, and pellets each start at $99 a month. Initial labs are $199 in office or through insurance, and ongoing labs are $99. For compounded hormones, you pay the pharmacy directly. Pellet procedures are listed at $299 per procedure on the women's page and $599 per procedure every 6 months on the membership pricing page. Men's injections, gel, and pellets are each $99 a month, with testosterone prescriptions sent to a pharmacy at extra cost.

Insurance is accepted for branded GLP-1 medication and labs. It does not publish financing, HSA payment, or cancellation terms.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether Ignacio Nunez, FNP, will be your prescriber, and who else reviews the prescription. Ask whether the $299 or $449 monthly fee covers the compounded medication every month, and which pharmacy fills it. Ask which pellet price applies, $299 or $599 every 6 months, since the clinic lists both. Ask what Bella RX is and whether its medication is brand name or compounded. Ask what cancellation requires, including notice and any minimum term. Ask what follow-up visits and labs cost after your first labs. If you live outside Tucson, ask whether virtual visits are offered in your state and whether Oro Valley is served, since neither is named.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want primary care, weight loss, or hormone therapy under one flat monthly fee and can pay cash for the medication. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance to cover the medication itself, since only branded GLP-1 medication is listed as insurance covered.
