What does it cost?
The clinic does not publish a price for weight loss, whether semaglutide, hCG or the ketogenic diet. Ask for the full cost in writing before you book, including any consultation fee, monthly charge and the medication itself.
The only prices it publishes are for IV hydration, which it says is cash only and not covered by insurance: $150 for Active Hydrate (Myers Cocktail), $200 for Active Boost and $225 for Active Heal. Multi-bag pricing is $275 for two Active Hydrate bags and $400 for three. None of its cosmetic treatments have listed prices. The clinic does not say whether weight-loss care is covered by insurance, whether it accepts HSA funds or financing, or how cancellation works.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription for the semaglutide or hCG program, and whether that person examines you before treatment starts. Ask whether the monthly price includes the medication, and whether the drug is brand-name or compounded.
Ask what the first visit, follow-up visits and lab work cost, since none are listed. Ask how you cancel and whether you pay for months you do not use.
