About Advanced Medical Wellness
What is Advanced Medical Wellness?
Advanced Medical Wellness is a concierge medical clinic at 5950 S Cooper Rd Suite 3 in Chandler, Arizona. The phone number is (480) 542-8204. Cally Smith, APRN, FNP-C, is the nurse practitioner, owner and founder, and the only prescriber named. The clinic recently opened. Google lists it as a medical spa, with a 5 rating from 55 reviews.
It offers four kinds of care: medical weight loss, hormone therapy (testosterone replacement and bioidentical hormones), peptide therapy, and longevity services such as NAD+ infusions. Primary care, health screening, lab tests, vitamin IV therapy, IM injections, cosmetic injectables and esthetic services sit alongside them. The weight loss program names semaglutide, the active ingredient in Wegovy and Ozempic, and tirzepatide, the active ingredient in Zepbound and Mounjaro, prescribed as part of a supervised program rather than as a stand-alone shot. A virtual weight loss option opens with a 60-minute video consultation and moves into a six-month Phase 1 program, for patients located in Arizona. Peptide therapy is offered as a personalized wellness membership. Hours are 9:00am to 4:30pm on Monday, 7:00am to 2:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 7:00am to 4:30pm on Thursday.
What does it cost?
The clinic publishes some prices. Its BHRT program starts with a $349 initial consultation of 60 minutes, then a $119 a month membership with follow-up visits every 4 to 8 weeks. TRT starts with a $349 evaluation that includes labs, an EKG and 10 weeks of medication, followed by a $199 monthly plan. Police, military and first responders receive 20% off TRT. NAD+ IV infusions are listed at $539 for 500 mg and $689 for 750 mg. IM vitamin injections run from $25 to $35.
It does not publish prices for medical weight loss, the virtual program or the peptide membership, and it asks people to call for pricing and membership options. It does not say whether medication is included in the TRT monthly plan or the weight loss price, whether it accepts insurance, or how a membership is cancelled.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes each prescription and who sees you at follow-up visits. For weight loss, ask the program price, whether medication is included, which product is chosen, and whether that product is brand-name or compounded. The hormone treatments are described as compounded, so ask what is compounded and what it costs. Ask what labs, EKG and follow-up visits cost on top of the $199 TRT plan, and whether the $119 BHRT membership includes medication.
Ask what a peptide membership contains and what it costs. Ask whether the virtual price covers all six months of Phase 1. Ask whether the clinic bills insurance at all, and how a membership is cancelled and how much notice is required. On TRT, the clinic writes: "TRT is a long-term therapy, requiring consistent treatment and monitoring." Ask what that commitment costs over a full year before you start.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or near Chandler, want one nurse practitioner-led office for hormone, weight loss, and injection or infusion care, and are comfortable phoning for prices. It is a weaker fit if you need prices, medication details and cancellation terms in writing before you book, or if you need a clinic that bills insurance.
