What is Belle Medical?
Belle Medical is a medical aesthetics and wellness clinic at 2600 Denali St, Suite 101, in Anchorage, Alaska. Brianna Clendenin, APRN, founded it in 2018 and prescribes there. It is mainly an aesthetics practice, offering Botox, Dysport, Morpheus8, laser and dermal filler treatments, but it also covers the four services this directory lists. Those are GLP-1 weight loss medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, Wegovy, Zepbound, Foundayo and orforglipron), hormone therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy and NAD+ injections. It also lists functional primary care and dermatology. It serves Anchorage, Eagle River and Wasilla, and offers telehealth for many of its wellness and hormone therapy services in Alaska, Colorado and Florida. It is open Monday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Google shows a 4.9 rating from 106 reviews, and lists it as a medical spa.
What does it cost?
Most prices are set per program. Tirzepatide for new patients is $1300 per 3-month supply. Existing patients on a stable dose pay $600 per 3-month supply, which includes the medication and a provider follow-up visit. A semaglutide microdosing program is $500 per 3-month supply. Brand-name Wegovy self-pay runs $199 a month for two months, then $349 a month, and the oral version starts at $149 a month. Peptide protocols cost $349 a month for one peptide, $549 for two and $749 for three. NAD+ at-home injections are $250 a month. The initial visit is $257 to $390, and follow-up visits are $178 to $257, depending on visit complexity. The monthly membership is $100 after a $400 enrollment fee. It accepts Aetna, Premera and most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and it can provide a superbill for out-of-network patients. Financing runs through PatientFi with no hard credit check. It does not publish cancellation terms for the membership.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the $500 semaglutide program, because the clinic does not say whether that price includes the medication. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and what visits and lab work cost on top. Ask whether your plan covers Wegovy or Zepbound, since the clinic puts that check on the patient. Ask who sees you at follow-up, and what the $400 enrollment fee buys. Ask how the membership is cancelled. Ask whether telehealth covers the program you want, since it is offered for many services, not all of them. A card must be on file to hold an appointment, and it is used only for late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours. The peptides are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. In its own words: "Every protocol starts with a one-on-one consultation with Brianna Clendenin, APRN, and is filled by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy." Ask which pharmacy fills your prescription.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or near Anchorage, Eagle River or Wasilla, or can do telehealth in Alaska, Colorado or Florida, and you want aesthetic treatments and a weight loss or hormone program in one practice. It also makes sense if you are ready to pay out of pocket for the program you choose, or have already checked your own plan's coverage.
