What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss, HRT or peptides, and it does not give a consultation fee. It does not say whether medication is included in any price or whether it accepts insurance. It also names Financing, Payment Plans and Exclusive Memberships, so ask what each costs.
Its cancellation terms are published. A card on file holds the appointment. Rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead costs 50% of the treatment cost, and a no-show is charged 100%. Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment, and there are no refunds on services rendered.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and whether that person is a physician or nurse practitioner. Ask whether a program price includes the medication, and whether Slim Shot, Trim Shot, Zepbound® and Wegovy® are brand-name or compounded. Its weight loss program says many patients take compounded GLP-1s, which the FDA does not approve for weight loss, so the answer matters.
Ask what bloodwork, labs and follow-up visits cost. Ask how screening works for the conditions it lists as reasons not to take these injections. For peptides, ask which ones are FDA-approved products and which are compounded. Ask how to end a program, and what the Exclusive Memberships cost.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or around Anchorage, want in-person care, and are ready to get the prescriber, the medication and the total cost in writing before you give a card on file.
