Weekly semaglutide runs from $37.50 for 0.25 mg to $70 for 2.5 mg. Weekly tirzepatide runs from $56.25 for 2.5 mg to $175 for 15 mg. Home prescriptions carry a $35 shipping fee.
The 6-month Hydra Total Weight Loss program lists monthly semaglutide from $120 to $320 and monthly tirzepatide from $160 to $360. Contrave costs $150 a month alone, $130 a month for maintenance, or $180 a month with weekly Lipo Injections. The Contrave consultation with a CRNP is $45.
The clinic does not say whether insurance is accepted or whether the program price includes the medication. It does not publish peptide prices. It lists financing but does not describe the terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Who writes the prescription, and what are that person's name and license? The clinic names no prescriber, so get this in writing.
Does the monthly price include the medication? Per-dose and program prices are listed separately, so ask exactly what you will be billed each month.
Are the semaglutide, tirzepatide, and peptide products brand-name or compounded, and where are they made? The clinic's disclaimer says its statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, so this question matters most for the peptides.
What do labs and follow-up visits cost beyond the $55 panel? How do you cancel the 6-month commitment, and is any part refundable?
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss care with weekly injections given in the clinic, you can commit to a 6-month program, and you want written answers on the prescriber and the monthly total before you pay. If you need insurance billing or a named physician, ask before you book.
