What should you ask before you book?

Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether either is included.
Ask whether treatment can start without an in-person visit. Telehealth is not mentioned. The virtual consultation tool is described as a way to match treatments to your goals, not as a medical visit. The Hoover location has a medical weight loss page, but its service list does not include semaglutide, so ask which office would treat you. The clinic gives no detail about its Franklin semaglutide program, so ask what it includes. Finally, ask how long you must stay enrolled and how to cancel.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cosmetic treatments and a semaglutide or hormone program from one med spa, and you are willing to get the prescriber's name, the full monthly cost and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay anything. If you want a clinic that publishes its prices and names its prescriber up front, this listing does not show one.
