How much does Mochi Health cost?
Mochi Health charges a flat membership and prices every medication separately. That is unusual and it cuts both ways: the advertised membership is low, and it is not what you will actually pay.

One thing to know before you compare
Mochi publishes two different sets of medication prices. The medications and weight-loss pages say compounded semaglutide from $60 and tirzepatide from $90. The FAQ says $99 and $199. We publish both rather than averaging them or picking the flattering one.
Commitment: monthly, with optional prepaid 3, 6 and 12 month plans. Cancellation: Not published. Prescription sales are final; the refunds page is silent on membership.

Which states does Mochi actually serve, and where does medication availability differ?
The FAQ says services are available anywhere in the United States, with no list or count. The weight-loss page says medication availability, pricing and promotional pricing vary by state. Those two statements are not reconcilable from what is published.

Which pharmacy fills Mochi prescriptions, and is it a 503A or 503B facility?
Mochi's pharmacy page names no pharmacy and makes no statement about compounding status, licensing or quality testing. This matters more than usual since the FDA ended the shortage exemptions that made mass-produced compounded GLP-1s available.

How do you cancel, and what happens to a prepaid 3, 6 or 12 month plan?
The refunds page covers prescriptions only and states that all prescription sales are final. It is silent on membership cancellation and auto-renewal. We could not reach a terms page at any of the usual addresses on the date checked.

The FAQ mentions options for labs, genetic testing and sleep apnea assessment without pricing, and the weight-loss page states diagnostic services are not included in the membership.

On what basis is Mochi's compounded orforglipron compounded?
Orforglipron has been FDA-approved as Foundayo since April 1, 2026, which means a compounded version is a copy of a commercially available approved drug rather than a shortage substitute. Mochi lists it at $31 a month without stating the basis. This is worth asking about directly.
